Is stand up paddle boarding difficult?

The great thing about stand up paddle boarding is how quickly you can learn the basic skills and progress to being a confident paddler.

Do you offer paddle board hire/rental?

All the sessions we run are instructional.  This means there will always be a  qualified instructor on the water with you.  We do not offer a rental service.

Am I too old to SUP?

You can enjoy stand up paddle boarding at whatever level suits you. You can take it easy on the flat water, explore lakes and rivers, compete in races or catch some waves. There really is something for everyone.

What is the minimum age?

For the group Introductory 1.5 hour sessions the minimum age is 7 years old.

Younger children from 4 years old upwards  can participate if you book a private introductory lesson.   Please contact us for more details.

For the 6km descent the minimum age is 14 years old .

The minimum age for the XL Mega paddle Family session is 3 years old.  There must be one adult per child aged 3 to 5 years old.
