Séance -Session
Come and enjoy Stand up paddle boarding on the beautiful Ardèche river.
On our introductory SUP lesson you will learn, safety and paddle skills for stand up paddle boarding.
We will explore and enjoy the river environment while practicing our skills through games and challenges. We will also take moments to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Our group lessons are Ideal for all ages from 7 years upwards.
For younger children you can book a private group lesson - ages from 4 years upwards.
We love seeing people out on the water having fun!
All our lessons are run by an instructor.
Lessons can be run in French and English.

Our XL paddle boards provide a great platform to explore and have fun on the river as a group.
This is an instructor led session that will cover safety, board handling as a team, challenges and fun games suited to your group.

**Fun for the young Children**
These XL paddle boards are a great way to get the family on the water together.
Children from 3 years old up can participate - there must be one adult per child aged 3 to 5 years old.
For sessions with younger children an instructor will be on your SUP.

If you are a confident stand up paddle boarder or have attended one of our 1.5 hour instructional sessions come and join us on a magical Ardèche river trip!
We will include a short warm up and board handling practice. We will then cover river safety and continue to coach you throughout the SUP trip.
We will start at Salavas and travel down river through class 2 rapids and finish our trip down stream of the beautiful Pont d'arc.
Most importantly remember to look up, look around and take in the stunning scenery the Ardèche river has to offer.
Minimum age for the SUP descent - 14 years old
Approximately 3 hours - including introduction and transport
